Product Care and Cleaning
Proper care helps keep your Necklee Therapy Pillow clean, comfortable, and ready for regular use.
Before Cleaning
Turn the pillow off.
Disconnect the USB-C charging cable.
Allow the product to cool completely.
Keep liquids away from the charging port and control area.
Cleaning the Exterior
Use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water. Wipe the surface gently, then allow it to air-dry completely before use or charging. A suitable electronics-safe disinfecting wipe may be used sparingly on non-porous control surfaces.
Do Not
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Do not soak, rinse, or submerge the pillow.
Do not apply bleach, harsh solvents, abrasive cleaners, or excessive moisture.
Do not insert objects into the charging port.
Do not use the pillow while it is wet or damp.
Charging and Battery Care
Use the included USB-C cable and a compatible power source.
Charge on a dry, stable surface away from heat and direct sunlight.
Disconnect the cable after charging is complete.
Do not charge a damaged, wet, unusually hot, or swollen product.
For extended storage, recharge the battery periodically rather than leaving it fully depleted.
Storage
Store the pillow in its protective bag in a cool, dry place. Avoid compressing it beneath heavy objects, sharply folding it, or leaving it in a hot vehicle.
When to Stop Using the Product
Stop use and contact support if you notice exposed wiring, unusual odour, excessive heat, battery swelling, liquid exposure, damaged controls, or inconsistent operation.
